Breaking: Southbound lanes of Interstate 15 reopened at Nevada state line

All southbound lanes of Interstate 15, a key link between Southern California and Las Vegas, have been reopened at the Nevada border in the aftermath of a truck accident this morning that triggered a hazardous chemical spill, Caltrans officials said.

One of two northbound lanes remains closed at the state line. Officials have not determined when it will be reopened.
